ShipLock

ShipLock is built around the gap between starting a project and finishing one. Users define a finish line, the AI generates a sequenced daily milestone path to get there, and a single daily check-in keeps the project moving. Streaks, missed-day warnings, completion certificates, and a project parking lot turn the usual to-do list into a structured commitment users actually ship.

We designed and built the full app in under thirty days — 18 screens, 15 modules, 8 data models, and a Gemini-driven planning layer that decomposes any project into an actionable finish path. Flutter and Firebase under the hood, live in both stores. ShipLock is also our internal proof — the reference implementation of AI-accelerated mobile delivery we run on every business build.
