CoachTrack replaces the spreadsheets, notebooks, WhatsApp threads, and Word-document parent reports that most coaching businesses run on. Coaches mark attendance by list or QR scan, record progress against versioned templates, generate batch reports, and dispatch them through email, SMS, or push — all from one app. Parents get a no-install web portal at a unique link with live attendance, progress, and report history.

We designed and shipped the full stack in under eight weeks — a Flutter mobile app, a Hono/Node backend with 45+ endpoints across 10 feature modules, a 15-table PostgreSQL schema with Drizzle ORM, BullMQ-backed delivery queues, and a public parent portal. The system runs the entire coaching business end to end, and admin time dropped by 70% inside the first month.
