AI Workflow · Step 5 of 5 — Communication

AI-driven project communication with Slack, Loom & AI summaries.

Traditional agencies bury you in status meetings and weekly slide decks. We use Slack for async updates, Loom for weekly demos, and Claude/ChatGPT for written summaries — so you always know what's happening without sitting in a single status call.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

We don't run recurring status calls. Instead, every Friday you get a Loom walkthrough of what shipped, plus a Claude- or ChatGPT-summarized written update generated from Slack activity, commits, and the demo itself. You can scan it in two minutes or watch the full demo on your schedule.

Yes — when they actually move the project forward. Strategy calls, scope reviews, and acceptance walkthroughs happen live. Day-to-day status, decisions, and approvals happen async in Slack so calendars stay clear for the work that needs human-to-human conversation.

Claude or ChatGPT reads the week's Slack threads, merged PRs, demo video transcript, and decisions log, then produces a written summary structured around: what shipped, what's next, blockers, and decisions you owe us. A senior engineer reviews and tunes it before it lands in your inbox.

We use AI summarization layers configured for our internal data only — no training, no retention beyond the active task. Anything sensitive (credentials, customer PII, business secrets) is excluded from AI processing and handled directly by senior engineers.
